Working principle of Coal Grinding Mill

Coal Grinding Mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the Coal Grinding Mill chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the Coal Grinding Mill chamber.

Vertical circulating ball mill is normally used to produce micron-grade powder or to process such raw materials as is difficult to grinder or disperse.It is characteristic of low size variation of particles and low investment in grinding medium and the chamber, and of competence for process of large quantity of raw materials. The slurry in it can be monitored without break and other formulas can be added into the cylinder during grinding except for those sensitive ingredients
