Working principle

       jaw crusher mainly  consists of  frame ,eccentric shaft ,flywheel,jaw stock,toggle plate, cheek plate,adjusting toggle seat,fixed jaw plate,moveable jaw plate and other components,and the toggle plate plays the insurance role.

       this machine is driven  by  motor ,and   the belt pulley  make the eccentric shaft move ,then the moveable jaw plate apporach by a regulated track,leave the fixed jaw plate and realize the extrusion ,rubs ,grinds and multiple crushing on materials,and last cause the materials from big to small size,gradually  down ,until they are out of the discharge opening.
