2015 newest factory biomass sawdust rotary dryer

The rotary dryer adopts air inhale device to inhale the hot air from air-heating furnace to the inner of dryer to complete heating change with wet material. According to the different character of material, we use different type lifting plate and Anti-sticking measures. There are multi-angle lifting style lifting plate inside of dryer; during drying, the lifting plate will raising the material evenly, which can ensure the material complete heating change with the hot air enough and also ensure the drying efficiency is good.

Usage:

Widely used to dry yellow sand, clay, slag, flyash, , iron powder,sand in casting, ect.

Investment:

Low consumption, adpot the alloy steel plate whose abrasion resistance is 3-4 times than common steel plate, but the investment is 1/6 of foreign brand.

Work condition:

The material initial moisture is 15%, final is below 0.5-1.0%, is the first choice for the slag in the cement factories and premixed dry mortar production line.

The material granular size is around 20-40mm.
