Introduction of ceramsite sand production line

1). Ceramsite sand production line is mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher,sand maker, vibrating screen, sand washer,belt conveyor, electric control panel, etc.
2). Ceramsite sand production line is suitable for grinding of granite, basalt, bank gravel, bauxite, cement clinker, quartz silicon carbide,limestone, river stone, etc, and widely used in hydropower, building material, highway, city construction, etc.

Process of ceramsite sand production line

1>.The raw material is transferred to jaw crusherfor primary crushing by vibrating feeder,
2>.Then the crushed materials are transferred to sand making machine through belt conveyor for secondary crushing.
3>.The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen.
4>The materials with suitable size will be transferred to sand washing machine,after cleaned in the washer,the sand will be discharged.
